Salta In Bocca is situated in the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Run by husband and wife team of Andreas and Therese Carstensen, Salta In Bocca was established in 1996, and today, has grown from a small family business to a successful gourmet brand available throughout the country.


Our wide range of almond breads and biscotti products are manufactured and available at our established commercial kitchen that has been specifically equipped to produce one of the finest cut biscotti gourmet products in Australia.
